The fold down scalloped collar is navy blue ultra suede and on the inside of the waist band. Ultra suede icicle design embellished with Swarovski Crystals, reflective crystal blue beads, white, and black. Transparent blue and jet black sequins in a floral design, rim set crystals, and faux diamonds. Oversized crystals add some major eye catching bling to the jacket. It's a must see!
