Return & Shipping Policy

At Show Me Again, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We understand that it’s difficult to commit to a garment online without trying it on first. While we provide detailed measurements and approximate sizing, each piece is custom-made with unique fabrics and designs. You won’t truly know the fit until you try it on.

That’s why we offer a trial period with a flexible return option.

• All orders are charged in full at the time of shipment.
• You will have up to 3 days from receipt to decide if the garment works for you.
• If you decide to return the garment, it must be placed in the mail within 3 days of receipt. Once the garment is received in its original condition, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method minus shipping and convenience charges.
• Communicate with us upon receipt of the garment if you need extra time to explore alteration options.

• Merchandise must be mailed back within 3 business days of receipt and arrive back to Show Me Again within 7 business days.
• Items must be returned in the same condition received, with the Show Me Again tag still attached.
• Returns that arrive after 7 business days of receipt are subject to:
  • 20% restocking fee for stock merchandise, OR
  • Store credit only for consignment merchandise.
• The return policy applies only to online purchases.
• All sales made in person at our booth during shows are FINAL and not eligible for return.

• All orders are sent by FedEx Express and require a signature for delivery. Please plan accordingly.
• Shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable.
• If you return an order, the original outbound shipping charges and convenience fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Options

1. Prepaid Label Provided:
   • A prepaid return label is included in your package for convenience and charges will be deducted from your refund.
   • If used, you will be charged shipping both ways.
   • Standard return shipping is $25 per item; oversized or multiple items may incur additional costs.
2. Self-Shipment:
   • You may return via the carrier of your choice.
   • We strongly recommend a trackable and insured method, as you are responsible for the item until it is received.

Free Shipping Promotions

• If you used a free shipping coupon and returned the order, the free shipping offer is void. Outbound and applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
